With the start of the new year . We are now looking back at biggest and the most popular trends of the decade. These trends included some of our favorite meals to munch on that includes avocado toast, ramen, instant pot recipes and much more. Let’s look back at these trends and see how these trends impacted our daily cooking.

have been introduced to many new types of appliances such as instant pots and
air fryer which somehow changed how we cook our food and how we eat certain
foods. Here are some of the honorable mentions.

have been eating various types of noodles all our lives from angel’s hair pasta

Charcuterie Boards.
These
meals are an eye candy they are so pleasing on the eyes and the stomach as
well. This meal is perfectly arranged spread of various types of nuts, meats,
crackers, and condiment to enjoy with it. This board is a complete staple to any
type of gathering or party and the best things is that it is Instagram worthy.
Vegan Food.
People
have started to become more and more environmental friendly and now are trying
to be more and more sustainable by opting for option that are helping in the
animal welfare and free of any type of animal cruelty. These people don’t eat
honey, eggs or any type of dairy or meat products. People now opt for soy milk
or pea milk instead of full fat milk.

With
the knowledge of its nutritional values. More and more people are seeking Matcha as their caffeine alternative worldwide. However, this match tea is not
something new it has been in the diets of people of china from eighth century. Matcha
is not just famous for its tea but now this flavor has been incorporated in different
forms of food.
Bright Colored Food.
When
you walk into any new food place you will be welcomed with space that has been Instagram
models dream. Walls are decorated with various murals, neon lights and floral
pieces, each corner is adorned with a new type of art piece. When the place
looks so good the food should also be able to match that energy. People love to
post their foods on their Instagram so restaurants try to incorporate color in
their foods such as unicorn food trend, rainbow food trend, and pastel colored
food.
Acai Bowl.
Acai
bowls are ready just within a minute. They are often made with any type of
fruit puree and can be topped with any type of fruits and nuts. This meal became
popular because of Instagram and its vibrant color. Apart from good looks they
are also rich in fiber, antioxidants and healthy fats. This meal is
inexpensive, healthy and yet So! So! delicious.
